Oliver Müller is a microbiologist and studies the interactions of different types of marine microorganism, including algae, bacteria and virus in the microbial food web. One particular focus is on how bacteria are influenced by different food sources and predator abundances in Arctic marine ecosystems under different environmental conditions.
