Researcher

Leif Christian Stige is leader of the work package ‘Human impacts’. In his research, Stige is using statistical approaches to deduce the underlying processes in population dynamics. Stige’s recent work has mainly focused on the fluctuations of zooplankton and fish in the Barents Sea, to understand how climate affects the populations and assess the likely effects of possible anthropogenic disturbances such as oil spills.
