Postdoc/Alumnus, Ecological modelling

UNIS

Tom is a marine ecologist with a keen interested in evolution, ecology, and the biography of environmental change, with a fascination for polar ecosystems and the ocean twilight zone. His research evolves around the understanding of mechanism at the individual level underlying macro-ecological and evolutionary patterns. Central aspects of Tom’s work are life-history theory, physiology and the role of the light regime in governing foraging interactions and consequently species distributions.
